Our changes are now live

We are pleased to let you know the changes made on Friday 21 April 2023 at 5pm are now live.

What changes were made?

The majority of changes related to back-office functionality and compliance, however some changes do impact your use of the system.

Security improvements that include restricting the use of common passwords and increasing the minimum accepted length have been made.  In addition, organisation names and medical expert name fields are now read only.  If you need to make changes to these fields in the future you will need to submit a request to [email protected].

The case verification function has also been enhanced to include the search date in the results.  A new 'How to Guide' can be found here.
