MedCo Rules and Policy Documents Updated

Following a recent review of its Rules and Policies, MedCo is today publishing updated versions of these documents.

Links to the new documents and changes are noted below:

 

• MedCo Policy Document version 2.0

Conduct section - Policy 27 added.

• MedCo Rules Document version 2.0 (updated to version 3.0 from 6 April 2022)

The document preamble now makes reference to and provides a link to the separate Rules for DMEs wishing to opt in for unrepresented claimant work.

Rules Applicable to all Users – Conduct section

Rules 11 and 12 added.

Rules specific to MROs – Conduct section

Rule 28 added.

Rules specific to Experts – Conduct section

Rule 46 added.
